Refund and Returns Policy

At Dollynapo, we are dedicated to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your items, our Refund and Returns Policy allows you to return or exchange your items with ease. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully to understand how our returns process works.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • Items must have all original tags attached, and be in their original packaging.
  • Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If your return meets these criteria, we will be happy to process your request. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team via email at [email protected] or call (573) 943-9963. Include your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
  2. You will receive an email with return instructions, including a return authorization number (RAN).
  3. Pack the items securely in their original packaging, and include the RAN on the return label.
  4. Ship the items to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Please note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned merchandise without tracking.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

If the return is rejected (due to missing tags, used condition, etc.), we will contact you to discuss the next steps, including the option to have the items returned to you at your expense.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process outlined above and make sure to specify the item you would like to receive in exchange. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return and offer you a full refund or a replacement item. Damaged or defective items that fall outside of this window may be subject to rejection.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that the following items are non-refundable and cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Items returned after 30 days from the date of purchase

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning an item for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the item is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of returned items without tracking information.

Exclusions

Dollynapo reserves the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not comply with our policy. We also reserve the right to make changes to our refund and returns policy at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page, with the updated effective date.
